Unique Features of Virgo Floating Ball Valves
- Double gasket body sealing ensures positive body-joint sealing against pipeline stresses.
- Multi-sealed stem with O-rings enhances stem sealing capabilities to the atmosphere.
- All flanged valves have an ISO-5211 top flange, which permits on-site actuator mounting and the use of standard mounting hardware.
- Blowout-proof stem.
- Fire-safe and anti-static designs are standard. Fire safety is as per API 607 Edition IV/BS 6755 Part II/API 6FA and is certified by Lloyd’s Register.
- High sphericity and surface finish of the ball ensure positive shutoff and low-operating torque.
- Specially designed seat rings in a variety of materials to suit specific applications.
